1) Send enquiries by e-mail to: Markrwp@aol.com, giving your preferred dates of stay, so that we can check availability. We will also be happy to answer any questions which you may have.

2) We will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability of your preferred dates, or to suggest alternative dates.

3) If your preferred dates are available, we will hold them for you for seven days, pending receipt of your booking deposit (see Dates & Prices page for deposit details). Details of booking conditions, what is provided and what isn't are on this website. You may pay by bank transfer or by PayPal.

4) We will then e-mail you the details of your booking conditions, and give you confirmation of what is included in the rental price.

5) Please note that if you cancel up to 12 weeks before your intended arrival date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 8-12 weeks before your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 8 weeks to go before your arrival, you will lose your deposit.

6) Payment of the balance for the rental period will be required at least 12 weeks before your arrival.

7) Full details of how to find the villa apartment and where to pick up the keys will be sent to you once we have received the balance of payment.

N.B. Payments by PayPal are possible, or by International Bank Transfer. We cannot accept payment by cheque.
