Rental Prices for the apartment are given in EUROS and
POUNDS STERLING per
WEEK.
N.B.: Prices shown may occasionally be subject to change. Please confirm prices with us when booking. Once you have paid your deposit we guarantee that the price you were quoted will not change.
Rates per night

Price Notes Prices charged per week, then per night (e.g. 10 nights in August = 1 week at £439 + 3 nights at £62 each = £625 total). Deposit of 1/3 total due is required within 7 days of request to book or reservation will lapse. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, either by PayPal or by Bank Transfer. Price includes gas, electricity, water, final cleaning. If booking within 8 weeks, full payment required. 12 weeks cancellation notice required or deposit will be retained. Upon receipt of deposit, we will confirm booking and send location maps/GPS co-ordinates/arrival instructions. Bed linen/bath towels provided. Kindly bring your own beach towels. Arrival / Departure Day: Any day - you choose! Arrive after 4pm. Depart by 10am. Refundable deposit of €100 cash required on arrival to cover damage/breakages.
